Dr. Kamel’s professional journey in the field of radiology showcases his commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. In 2019, Dr. Kamel became a valued member of the Medeor Hospital Abu Dhabi team.
Prior to his role at Medeor Hospital, he served as the Head of Radiology at the General Authority Kalamoun Hospitals (Ministry of Health-Syria) from 2009 to 2013. During his time there, he demonstrated his leadership in the field.
Following his successful tenure in Syria, Dr. Kamel transitioned to Al-Fayhaa Hospital in Damascus, Syria, where he initially held the position of Head of Radiology and later specialized in the field between 2013 and 2014.
Building on his expertise, Dr. Kamel embarked on a new chapter by joining Universal Hospital Abu Dhabi from 2014 to 2019, where he continued to excel in radiology.
His extensive experience spans a wide array of imaging modalities, encompassing musculoskeletal, neuroradiology, pediatric, obstetrics, gynecology, breast, genitourinary, cardiothoracic, and vascular imaging. Dr. Kamel skillfully employs various diagnostic tools, such as CT scans, MRI, X-ray, fluoroscopy, mammography, and angiography, to provide precise diagnoses and exceptional patient care.
Additionally, Dr. Kamel is proficient in conducting ultrasound imaging studies, including examinations of the abdomen, pelvis, urinary tract, obstetrics, gynecology, breast, neck, thyroid gland, scrotum, Doppler studies, as well as evaluations of soft tissue and joints in the upper and lower limbs.
