Dr. Al Rubaye has extensive clinical experience across both outpatient and inpatient pediatric cardiac care, including management of Cardiac ICU and neonatal cardiac SBCU patients. Prior to joining Medeor, he worked in Iraq at Ibn Al Nafees Cardiac Centre, then moved to the UAE where he served for nearly a decade at Dubai Hospital Cardiac Centre as Consultant Pediatric Cardiologist and Head of Pediatric Cardiology. He also worked as Consultant Pediatric Cardiologist at Al Jalila Children’s Specialty Hospital. His expertise includes comprehensive care for congenital heart disease using both non-invasive and interventional approaches. He is highly experienced in diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization, echocardiography, ECG interpretation, Holter monitoring, and exercise ECG testing. Dr. Al Rubaye also manages adult congenital and prenatal patients with congenital heart conditions and supports multidisciplinary teams including Emergency, General Paediatrics, Neonatology, Gastroenterology, Oncology, and Nephrology. He is involved in fitness assessments and medical clearances for surgery, anesthesia, dental procedures, school attendance, travel, and other requirements. Committed to education and knowledge sharing, Dr. Al Rubaye serves as a clinical adjunct assistant professor at Dubai Medical College and Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences.
