Dr. Soroush Sohrabi Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon

Biography

Dr. Soroush Sohrabi is a Senior Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon trained in England.  

Apart from an advanced fellowship in the US and Australia, Dr. Soroush Sohrabi holds a CCT from the UK. 

His academic experience includes a PhD from the UK), United Kingdom National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) academic clinic lecturer (ACL) in vascular surgery at the University of Leeds and he holds an honorary senior clinical lecturer position at the renowned Bangor University in Wales (UK).  

Bringing a wealth of experience from various renowned institutes, Dr. Soroush Sohrabi possesses a high level of expertise that enriches our institution. He has worked as a consultant in Wales (UK) and served as the clinical director of vascular surgery, leading 3 hospitals and 10 consultant vascular surgeons between 2018 and 2022. 

In addition, Dr. Soroush Sohrabi has several publications to his name. He has authored 4 book chapters and 27 publications in the field of medicine and surgery, with more than 60 oral and poster presentations in national and international meetings. He was awarded the prestigious Medawar medal in 2010 from the UK for his PhD research. His area of expertise includes both open and endovascular treatment of vascular diseases.
