Dr. Alaa Ashi is a highly skilled Vascular Surgeon with over 11 years of experience in both open and endovascular vascular surgery. He is licensed by the Syrian Ministry of Health and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Dr. Ashi specializes in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of vascular conditions, including arterial, venous, and lymphatic disorders. His expertise encompasses complex aneurysm repair, peripheral arterial disease, dialysis access creation, and advanced varicose vein treatments. Prior to his current role, Dr. Ashi served as the Head of the Vascular Surgery Division at Hama National Hospital, Syria. In this leadership position, he managed a high volume of complex cases and played a key role in mentoring and training resident doctors. His surgical repertoire includes abdominal and peripheral aortic surgery, arterial bypass and reconstruction, arteriovenous fistula creation for hemodialysis, and aneurysm repair. He is also experienced in modern varicose vein treatments, including surgical, laser, and sclerotherapy techniques.
